Full planning permission (ref. APP/17/00991/F) was granted on 13th November 2018 for a landmark mixed‑use waterfront regeneration comprising 353 new homes and 2,333 sq m of flexible commercial and community space across seven architecturally distinctive buildings.
The consented scheme includes re‑profiled ground levels, high‑quality undercroft parking for 345 vehicles, a new boat basin accommodating around 23 vessels, and extensive landscaped public realm.
Following demolition works undertaken via a non‑material amendment, BCP Council issued a Lawful Development Certificate on 21 December 2021, confirming that the permission has been lawfully implemented and that development on the site has formally commenced.
